EMS Components Assembly, Inc.

• In February 2004, EMS Components Assembly, Inc. (EMSCAI) was established by Mr. Francis I. Ferrer.
• Started its mass production of Optical Disk Drive in a rented facility in Laguna Electronics, Inc. with 89 employees.

2005

EMS Components Assembly, Inc.

• Started Hard Disk Drive (HDD) coil assembly for Kisho Sakata and Nikkoshi Electronics Philippines, Inc. in Laguna International Industrial Park. • EMSCAI was awarded Best in People Development by Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).

• EMSCAI acquired ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System certification by SGS Philippines.

• Launched company wide 5S System and Culture of Innovation Campaigns.

2006

EMS Components Assembly, Inc.

• Started manufacturing components for Blu-ray Disc Drives. • Launched Engineering Cadetship Training Program.

2007

2008

2009

2010

• Alliance Mansols, Inc. (AMI) was established.
• Launched training for production operators in coordination with Semiconductor Electronics Industry of the Philippines Incorporated (SEIPI) and Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA).

• Started box-build assembly of Bluetooth Barcode Scanners.
• Co-founded ONESYNE group, a collaboration of various Filipino companies with expertise in different fields of manufacturing.

• Co-developed ASDB-T Set Top Box for Philippine digital TV broadcast with Japanese Technology Experts and local broadcastaing company.
• Received Hall of Fame Award for Best in Community Service by PEZA.
